Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Chris and his team were so easy to work with! We were referred to him by our realtor and from the initial contact, Chris was so quick to respond, answered all our questions, and I never felt like I was asking too many questions or being a bother by needing additional clarification. Should we ever be in the market for another home, I'd use Chris again, no doubt. Also would recommend him to anyone buying/refinancing a home!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. As a first-time homebuyer, I was completely overwhelmed when I realized my original lender was overcharging me and making an already complex process incredibly confusing. With less than two weeks before my closing date, I was in a tough spot; then Chris Hauber stepped in and completely turned things around. He was incredibly proactive, immediately calling out the hidden fees from my previous lender and securing a much more competitive interest rate. Even when the other lender refused to cooperate with transferring my documents, Chris and his team (shoutout to Annie and Rick!) didn't miss a beat. They shielded me from the stress, pulled everything together, and kept us exactly on schedule for my first home. Chris is transparent, aggressive in getting his clients the best deal, and genuinely cares about the people he works with. If you’re a first-time buyer looking for a lender who is honest and will truly fight to save you money, Chris is your guy!"

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Had the opportunity to work with Chris for my first house it was quite the positive experience! Whenever we made an offer on a house he was immediately available to help draft a personalized preapproval letter and answer any questions that the buyer/seller agent had. Fast close time, professional, and comes with an underwriting guarantee which provides reassurance to both parties. Easy to communicate to and has a great reputation between realtors as well. Will work with him again in the future!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We have been working with Chris on and off for over 5 years. He was a referral from our real estate agent Barb Wampler whom helped us finance our first home (new build) when moving from Colorado in 2019, then again when we moved and purchased a different home in 2023 and just recently a re-fi on the most recent home. The re-fi transaction was a long process as I was trying to refi from a 30 to 15 year fixed loan at the best time ( to reduce long term loan costs). Chris has been working with us on this for 6-7 months. Everytime we have worked with him he has been so on top of everything: understanding our goals, quick and responsive communication, honest /direct and educated about the constantly changing interest rate environment and how his firm can help us reach our needs. Kyle and I thank you for your dedication to your clients and all your help along the way. Even though we're done (for now), I will still be reading his great newsletter to keep up on what's happening in the market.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This is the second time I’ve gotten to work with Chris and his team and the experience has been fantastic both times. Chris makes the entire purchasing process a breeze, explicitly laying out options and every detailed contained within so there is absolutely no surprise come closing. Other than us providing documentation throughout the process, Chris and his team handled absolutely everything on the forefront and behind the scenes with our agents, insurance brokers, etc to make the buying process as simple as possible for my family. Could not recommend this team more. And should we opt to purchase more property in the future again or refinance, there’s no question Chris is the first one I’ll be reaching out to.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had an excellent experience working with Chris as our mortgage lender. He was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and transparent throughout the entire home-buying process. Chris took the time to explain every option clearly, helped us navigate the numbers with confidence, and stayed on top of every detail to keep things moving smoothly toward closing.

What really stood out was his calm, solutions-oriented approach — even when questions or last-minute items came up, Chris was always available and proactive. We felt well supported and well informed from start to finish.

We would absolutely recommend Chris to anyone looking for a reliable, detail-oriented lender who truly advocates for their clients.

From start to finish, Chris was incredibly thorough and competent. He and his team truly went above and beyond, providing us with several tailored options and patiently walking us through the details of each one. This ensured our final decision was perfectly aligned with our financial goals. Their communication was excellent—always clear, timely, and responsive. Even with a significant time zone difference, they were consistently available for calls. We cannot recommend Chris and his team highly enough and would absolutely refer him to anyone needing a loan or expert guidance on available options. Thank you, Chris!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have been talking with Chris about home-ownership for years. He helped council me, as a first-time buyer, on everything there was to know and consider when doing the mental-gymnastics of cost vs. affordability vs. being satisfied. Even though I left Colorado from '21 to '25, Chris stayed in contact. After finding out I was returning to CO, I immediately reached out to Chris, wanting to return the favor of his council with my business. We set up a plan, and I was ready to hit the ground running as soon as I arrived back in the State. Under a time constraint (I was living out of a hotel), Chris was able to work with me, my banks, and my realtor for a quick-close; where literally every day, and sometimes hours, counted to get things done on time for closing. Chris worked over those weekends to help keep things moving, even while on vacation with family; the latter of which I cannot express my appreciation (as well as apologies) for such efforts! Big thanks to Chris and his team for helping me to responsibly join the world of home ownership!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Working with Chris Hauber has been a fantastic experience! He was recommended by my co-worker after hearing that my husband and I were having trouble understanding what our listing payments would be with our previous lender. Chris provided extremely clear and concise documentation at a rapid pace whenever requested, giving us peace of mind to move forward with our first home purchase. We entered a bidding war and the supporting content within Chris’s submission was a large reason why we won (per the selling agent himself). If you are looking for a lender, I would highly recommend Chris!

Chris and team are beyond amazing. After being referred to Chris by a friend, we couldn’t be more happy to have put in contact to work together.

In a world of people looking to make a quick buck, they really have the long game - and your satisfaction - at the core of their ethos. Whether it’s the massive amount of prep work with all the lending documents, keeping up on outstanding items needed to stay on track for an easy closing, or just a quick phone call to ask how we’re doing, they’ve got it all covered.

Thanks, Hauber!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Chris was an absolute lifesaver for us as first-time homeowners! Navigating the mortgage process was daunting, but Chris made everything feel manageable and stress-free. He explained every step in detail, ensuring we understood all our options and helping us feel confident in our decisions. Chris was incredibly responsive, answering our endless questions promptly and always keeping us updated. His knowledge and expertise were invaluable, and he even helped us with a refinance later, waiving the fees because we’d done our initial mortgage with him. Thanks to Chris, we closed on our dream home even sooner than expected! We couldn’t have done it without him—highly recommend!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This was my second home loan with Chris Hauber and team and it was a slightly different way to go about it. I liked being able to view the different options and received quick feedback to make knowledgeable decisions and communicate between agent and other parties.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. There is no doubt that the mortgage process is complicated and usually represents our single biggest investment. That's all true. But our experience with Chris Hauber was truly flawless. Chris got us an amazing rate and a fast close which let us purchase a wonderful home. Beyond the great rate, Chris communicated clearly and often never letting us wonder or worry about where we were in the process. He and the team worked with us to overcome any of the little challenges which we all face once the underwriters get involved. I have to say, this was the best mortgage experience I have ever had. I'd highly recommend the services of Chris Hauber - and am already looking forward to our refinance once rates go down a bit more!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Chris and his team know their stuff and are extremely responsive. I went house searching on Saturday, went to submit an offer on Sunday, and Chris was able to get the loan pre-approval in with the offer on a Sunday afternoon.

From there, his team was engaged everyday working through all the paperwork hurdles until closing.

The current rates are higher than I would like, but Chris is actively looking for the opportunity to refinance.

Beyond just how helpful his team is, the document portal is well designed, easy to navigate, and easy to use.

Thank you Chris!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I am a local real estate agent and have worked with Chris Hauber for a few years now and together we have helped numerous clients achieve their homeownership goals in the Denver metro area. Chris Hauber is a very competitive lender compared to most other lenders I've worked with over the years, which really helps my buyers be more competitive in this market. I highly recommend working with Chris Hauber.
